Nick has a keen understanding of marketplace dynamics, drawn from two decades of industry experience advising business owners. During eight years at Morgan Stanley, Nick and his team focused on working with business owners planning a transition. During that time, he realized that he was most passionate about rolling up his sleeves and engaging directly with the owners to help enhance operations and create additional value.

Nick has also spent years working as a buyer of small businesses which provides him with valuable insight into where and how sophisticated buyers see value in companies. Pursuing his own entrepreneurial passion, Nick now uses these past experiences to deliver unmatched personal value to the firm’s clients.

Nick earned his MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Entrepreneurship, Finance, Strategic Management & Operations Management. He holds the CVA® (Certified Valuation Analyst), CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) and CIMA® (Certified Investment Management Analyst) designations.

Raghav, with an MS in Finance from Baruch College, exhibits two years of experience at Empire Valuation Consultants, specializing in small and medium business valuations and completing NYU’s Advanced Valuations course.  He excels at business & portfolio valuation, corporate planning, and buy/sell agreements.
